This position is based at The Bureau's Opera Grand Downtown location.
Work Schedule
The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, with potential adjustments based on weekly operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all members, overseeing their entire journey from initial onboarding through to ongoing engagement and retention, and addressing member inquiries.
- Facilitate a smooth and welcoming onboarding process, ensuring new members are seamlessly integrated into The Bureau community.
- Cultivate robust relationships with members by proactively engaging with them and fostering connections to create valuable synergies.
- Manage all member communications across various channels, including WhatsApp groups, email newsletters, and internal platforms like Hubspot.
- Conduct property tours for prospective members, manage incoming leads, and successfully convert them into coworking memberships.
- Drive bookings for the event space, managing the process from initial inquiry to final conversion. This includes preparing and staging the space for events to meet client expectations and high standards.
- Develop and implement strategic activations and clear plans aimed at attracting new members, enhancing member engagement, and delivering added value to the community.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse calendar of community events and engaging activations.
- Collaborate closely with the other Community Lead to ensure alignment on event strategies, activation plans, and the overall community development roadmap.
- Forge meaningful partnerships with relevant organizations and local businesses to expand The Bureau's ecosystem.
- Establish and manage the Founding Members Program.
- Create and maintain up-to-date marketing collateral, such as event flyers, ensuring they are visually appealing and prominently displayed within the space. Proficiency in Canva is advantageous.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the member experience and improving operational efficiencies, and work with the team to implement effective solutions.
