Job description
Role Overview
This position is centered on creating a polished, hospitality-led living experience for residents inside the compound. It combines community engagement, lifestyle programming, resident support, and everyday operational coordination to keep the environment lively, organized, and service focused.
The role acts as the main on-site contact for residents, making sure every interaction reflects the level of professionalism expected in a 4–5 star hotel or resort. It calls for prior exposure to hospitality, guest relations, or resort-style operations, with a strong emphasis on structured service delivery and excellent customer experience.
Community Activation and Events
- Plan and run lifestyle activities and community engagement initiatives.
- Help build and maintain the yearly activity and activation schedule.
- Identify and coordinate instructors for activities such as swimming, Pilates, gym sessions, and dance.
- Handle vendor coordination and event execution details.
- Draft clear resident announcements and communication updates.
- Support event delivery within approved budgets.
- Work with Marketing to promote activities and improve visibility.
- Keep the community active, engaged, and vibrant.
Resident Services and Tenant Experience
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for resident interactions and experience matters.
- Support the Compound Manager with tenant services and overall compound operations.
- Address routine resident concerns and service requests directly.
- Coordinate minor operational issues with the Facilities Management team.
- Escalate significant matters to the Compound Manager when needed.
- Manage resident touchpoints to ensure timely and professional service.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with tenants.
- Drive high resident satisfaction through responsive support.
Facility and Amenity Management
- Organize the use of shared facilities and lifestyle spaces in a structured way.
- Oversee reservations for the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and community areas.
- Set specific time slots for organized activities.
- Manage registrations for community programs.
- Ensure facility use follows established guidelines.
- Coordinate cleaning and setup before and after events.
- Keep amenity usage fair, orderly, and well controlled.
Resident Transport and Mobility
- Coordinate resident transport services and mobility-related community support.
- Manage school bus planning and timetable coordination.
- Work with third-party transport providers and maintain those relationships.
- Arrange shopping bus timing and special trip schedules.
- Communicate transport timings clearly to residents.
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and safety standards are followed.
- Support dependable and organized transport services for residents.
Community Governance and Standards
- Help maintain discipline and reinforce community rules and guidelines.
- Monitor adherence to amenity and community usage policies.
- Encourage an orderly, respectful, and well-managed environment.
- Share updates and reminders to keep residents informed.
- Promote a hospitality-oriented service culture throughout the compound.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The position requires a hospitality-first approach and the ability to manage resident-facing services with professionalism, structure, and care.
Qualifications
- A diploma in hospitality, business administration, or a similar field is required.
- Hospitality training or relevant certifications are preferred.
- Applicants should have 5 to 7 years of experience in a 4–5 star hotel, resort, residential, or similar hospitality-driven setting.
