Role overview
This is a 12-month contract position within a career services team supporting community engagement and outreach work for a client in Singapore.
What you will do
- Handle enquiries across several communication channels with a helpful, professional, and practical approach.
- Keep the organisation’s database current to support outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Develop relationships and take charge of planning and delivering engagement activities in Singapore and overseas.
- Assist with digital engagement by updating social media platforms and the corporate website.
- Showcase success stories that highlight achievements and motivate the wider community.
- Track engagement results, compile meaningful reports, and compare outcomes with established best practices.
- Refine programmes continuously using feedback from surveys, focus groups, and new ideas.
- Link community members and their organisations with the Career Services Team to create opportunities for students and graduates.
- Oversee resources needed for all engagement-related activities.
- Work with internal teams to promote professional growth and learning pathways.
