What you'll do
- Create, plan, and produce targeted content for internal and external communication, tailored to each channel, supported by AI tools, and built around a clear narrative.
- Increase the reach of online PR content through digital storytelling, GEO/SEO optimisation, and the smart use of digital formats.
- Manage editorial content for the company’s social media channels, especially LinkedIn and the SCIO blog, and develop website content while working closely with the marketing teams.
- Take ownership of the intranet, continue developing it, write editorial posts, and provide guidance and support to key users.
- Work closely with the Head of Communications and contribute to all areas and projects related to corporate and brand communications.
What we're looking for
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing, journalism, or a similar field, preferably in a B2B, industrial, or technology setting.
- Strong ability to turn complex technical topics into clear, audience-friendly stories for different channels, using AI tools confidently.
- Practical experience with online PR strategy as well as planning and managing social media activities.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
- Confident use of Canva and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with HubSpot and SharePoint is an advantage.
- A structured, independent, and accountable way of working, along with enthusiasm for varied topics and the motivation to help shape communications for an international automation group.
What we offer
- Flat hierarchies, real room to shape ideas, and a high level of autonomy so you can take on exciting projects.
- Flexible working hours, 30 days of leave, and corporate benefits.
- Additional support including occupational disability insurance, pension contributions, Wellhub membership, and the option of a job bike.
- Ongoing development through SCIO Academy, with opportunities to strengthen and grow your skills.
- Regular team events such as a summer party and Christmas celebration to encourage connection and exchange.
