Job description
Role Overview
This part-time Commercial Manager position is based in Dubai and is structured as a hybrid role, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
What You Will Do
- Manage day-to-day commercial activities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support contract discussions, negotiations, and execution oversight.
- Track the financial results of important accounts and monitor commercial performance.
- Review commercial data and use it to support business planning and decision-making.
- Work with internal teams to improve revenue outcomes and strengthen commercial operations.
- Partner with stakeholders across functions to shape pricing approaches and spot new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance updates and suggest actions that can improve profitability and efficiency.
- Help ensure that contractual obligations are properly followed.
Requirements
- Solid experience in commercial management and business planning.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and forecast performance.
- Experience coordinating teams and driving results across departments.
- Hands-on exposure to contract review, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Prior commercial or business experience in Gulf-region industries will be considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; higher qualifications are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation ability.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with good self-management, time management, and flexibility.
Additional Information
This role is part-time and based in Dubai. A hybrid working arrangement is included, combining office-based presence with remote flexibility.
