Company Overview
VSL Global is developing the workflow infrastructure for enterprise AI localisation. The platform is designed to unify multilingual dubbing, voice generation, lip-sync, project coordination and delivery in a single end-to-end system for agencies, production houses, media businesses and global brands.
Role Summary
VSL is seeking a commercially focused co-founder to join the founding team and drive the next stage of growth. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for someone based in the APAC region.
What You Will Lead
As the Commercial Co-Founder, you will own the company’s commercial direction across sales, marketing, partnerships and revenue operations. Working closely with the CEO, you will shape and execute growth plans, build a repeatable enterprise sales motion, develop the pipeline, define the market positioning, and create demand generation systems that support scale.

- Create a repeatable sales process for enterprise customers
- Build, track and nurture the sales pipeline
- Lead messaging, positioning and demand generation efforts
- Develop strategic partnerships across APAC, Europe and North America
- Convert enterprise prospects into long-term customers
- Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing commercial team
- Set up the processes, systems and reporting needed for scale
Leadership Expectations
This is a very hands-on leadership role. The ideal partner will be expected to set strategy, personally support critical deals, and help build the team that will execute the commercial roadmap.
Candidate Profile
The right person will bring strong enterprise commercial experience, a builder mindset and the ability to operate with autonomy in an early-stage environment. Experience in fundraising discussions and broader company strategy will also be valuable.
Equity, Investment and Compensation
This is a true co-founder opportunity rather than a standard paid role. The selected candidate must be prepared to invest between USD 25,000 and USD 50,000. Equity will be determined based on the amount invested, relevant experience, scope of responsibility and long-term commitment. Founder equity tied to service will follow an agreed vesting arrangement. A salary is expected to begin after the completion of VSL’s current funding round.
