Job description
Role Overview
Taznim is seeking a non-technical Commercial Co-Founder to drive expansion across the Gulf Cooperation Council region. The platform has already been built and launched, and the technical foundation is ready for scale. The company is now looking for a commercially strong partner who can open doors, build strategic relationships, and support the first fundraising round.
Key Priorities
- Shape and own the go-to-market plan for launch and growth across GCC markets.
- Help lead the Pre-Seed and Seed fundraising process to support localized operations.
- Develop partnerships with regional distributors, enterprise customers, and relevant business networks.
- Create and grow the initial B2B sales pipeline from scratch.
Ideal Profile
- You already have active business or government relationships across the GCC.
- You have a history of succeeding in business development, B2B sales, or scaling an early-growth startup.
- You are comfortable building without a salary at the start and are driven by long-term equity upside.
- You communicate confidently in English; Arabic fluency is a major advantage.
- You understand the business culture and decision-making environment in the Gulf region.
