Collection Team Leader

Overview

ProsParity is a rapidly expanding financial technology company specializing in providing financing options for electric vehicles in smaller cities throughout central India. Collaborating closely with EV dealerships, the company facilitates customer purchases of electric two- and three-wheelers through convenient EMI plans. The organization is currently accelerating growth in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Uttar Pradesh and seeks a Collection Team Leader to oversee the field collections department.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead an internal collections team while coordinating with external field agencies.
• Design and determine budgets, allocate workforce, and implement incentive and commission schemes across different operational locations.
• Drive activities around recovery efforts including issuance of legal notices, vehicle repossessions, and resale procedures until case closure.
• Ensure all collections processes adhere rigorously to the Reserve Bank of India’s Fair Practices Code and Digital Lending Guidelines.
• Manage sensitive legal and compliance issues meticulously, maintaining thorough documentation and borrower records.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards along with Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for leadership review.
