KAVIO is the leading product from Kavio Pte Ltd: an AI-driven growth platform that combines smart data coordination with automated creative advertising to help companies find, convert, and scale audiences quickly. It brings together first-party data and more than 100 premium data sources plus intent signals in one efficient workflow, reducing the need for complicated agreements and drawn-out onboarding. The platform uses AI agents to automate go-to-market tasks such as CRM enrichment and the launch of intent-based, account-focused campaigns without code. It also plans, produces, and distributes large volumes of high-performing ad campaigns designed for engagement and viral reach. The company operates with enterprise security and global compliance standards, including SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and ISO 27001, and offers a fast-moving environment for ambitious professionals focused on data-led creative growth.

Role Overview

As a Co-Founder, you will help set the direction of the company’s strategy, product roadmap, and market execution in a high-growth setting. This is a full-time role based in Singapore with a hybrid working arrangement that combines in-person collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely at times. You will work on customer discovery, confirm product-market fit, and collaborate closely with engineering and design to improve the AI platform and its features. You will also contribute to fundraising, investor communication, and partnership development that supports distribution and revenue growth. In your day-to-day work, you will interact directly with customers, lead or support sales and marketing activities, monitor core performance metrics, and help build a strong, high-performing team culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Investment Requirement

This co-founder opportunity requires an investment of at least SGD 25,000.

Key Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include shaping business direction, validating customer needs, and helping translate insights into product and go-to-market decisions. You will also support revenue generation, investor engagement, strategic partnerships, and team culture building.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring strong analytical ability, clear communication, and proven sales and marketing capabilities. Experience in startups or early-stage leadership is highly preferred, and familiarity with AI, data platforms, advertising technology, or CRM systems is an added advantage. The role suits someone who can operate effectively in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment and collaborate well in a hybrid setup in Singapore. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is helpful, though equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
