It also turns founder ideas into practical operating models and growth plans suited to different stages of scale. At present, the company is building six SME growth products designed to create impact. Role Summary

This is a full-time, remote Co-Founder position with broad ownership across growth, operations, and product progress at Worksphere Solutions. You will work directly with the founding team to sharpen the company vision, shape and test scalable business models, and decide what should be prioritized on the product roadmap for SME growth solutions. You will partner with clients and collaborators to understand their needs, convert those insights into structured offerings, and build repeatable systems for acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The role also involves contributing to or leading sales discussions, marketing efforts, and strategic partnerships to confirm market demand and expand the company’s reach. In addition, you will help establish internal workflows, define measurable targets, monitor performance metrics, and support a strong remote-first culture that can grow sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the founding team to refine the business direction and translate it into actionable growth plans.
  • Evaluate and test scalable business models and use feedback to improve them.
  • Prioritize and help shape the roadmap for SME-focused products and services.
  • Engage with clients and partners to uncover challenges and convert them into structured solutions.
  • Build systems that improve acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Support or lead sales conversations, marketing activities, and partnership development.
  • Design internal processes, set measurable goals, and track performance indicators.
  • Contribute to a high-trust, remote-first team culture that supports long-term scale.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to assess data, form hypotheses, and convert findings into scalable systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity, professionalism, and inclusivity.
  • Hands-on experience in sales and business development, including discovery calls, pipeline management, and closing strategic deals.
  • Working knowledge of marketing, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning for B2B or SME products.
  • Solid research skills for understanding markets, customers, and industry trends and turning that research into practical action.
  • Experience in startups, consulting, or business operations, especially in SME or emerging-market settings.
  • Ability to operate with high ownership, make decisions with limited information, and improve quickly through iteration.
  • Comfort and discipline in a remote, distributed environment, including self-management and collaboration across time zones.
  • A degree in business, economics, engineering, or a similar area is helpful, though relevant hands-on experience is equally valued.
  • Strong alignment with the mission of building scalable, impact-oriented SME solutions, along with a commitment to ethical conduct.
