  • Forge strong customer relationships by acting as the primary liaison between clients and the company, identifying service and maintenance needs and communicating progress during repair processes.
  • Handle administrative duties such as preparing detailed work orders with parts, cost, and labor information, conducting off-site boat inspections and estimates, and maintaining records in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Coordinate project schedules alongside supervisors and team leaders to allocate workforce and resources appropriately, ensuring clear work orders with delivery and commitment timelines.
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting tasks before billing and boat departures; monitor active service jobs and obtain customer authorization for any additional work or scope revisions.
  • Support sales activities by professionally promoting supplementary services, parts, and accessories, and assist in sales initiatives during boat shows and marketing events.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in a revenue-generating service role.
  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Experience selling technical or luxury services.

  • Ability to prepare financial reports and contracts.
  • Experience estimating boat repair labor and costs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous exposure to boatyard or shipyard environments is advantageous.
