This position is for a Client Relations Executive who will also handle backup sales duties. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys client service, relationship building, and sales work in a premium hospitality or coworking setting.
Client Experience and Relationship Management
- Serve as the first contact point for clients and visitors, ensuring a polished and friendly welcome.
- Develop and sustain positive client relationships that support satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Handle client onboarding, welcome follow-ups, and ongoing engagement activities.
- Respond quickly to client questions and help coordinate solutions that improve the overall experience.
- Help maintain an energetic, collaborative, and service-led workplace atmosphere.
Sales Support and Business Development
- Assist the Center Manager in meeting occupancy and revenue goals.
- Track and follow up on leads using the CRM system.
- Conduct workspace tours and support membership sales as well as upselling opportunities.
- Keep client information and sales pipeline records updated accurately in the CRM platform.
- Step in as a certified backup sales representative whenever needed.
Operations and Administrative Support
- Support the daily running of the center so service remains smooth and consistent.
- Cover reception duties when required.
- Assist with invoicing, billing administration, and collection-related tasks.
- Ensure client records, contracts, and operational documents remain accurate and organized.
- Work with internal teams to support service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in client relations, customer service, hospitality, sales support, or another client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a confident and professional manner.
- A customer-first approach and a genuine commitment to excellent service.
- Good organization skills, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Experience with CRM platforms and basic billing or invoicing work is an advantage.
