In this role, you will help strengthen and activate marketing alignment for PIMCO’s expanding Canadian business. You will support efforts to reach more clients, increase engagement and improve business outcomes through tailored, client-focused experiences. The position offers opportunities to contribute to business growth, uncover meaningful marketing opportunities and help develop campaigns built on authentic messaging, personalization and thoughtful sequencing of touchpoints.

- Handle day-to-day execution and project coordination, including campaign logistics, event deliverables, data collection and approvals for marketing collateral.
- Compile, review and summarize marketing metrics, prepare stakeholder reports and recommend improvements based on the results.
- Work across global teams and functions, including client management, product, compliance, technology, and marketing groups such as brand, design, digital, channel, editorial, messaging and content.
- Organize, maintain and share marketing materials and resources with both internal teams and client-facing stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail, emotional intelligence, resilience and adaptability are important, along with a collaborative approach and the ability to build trust with clients, colleagues and external partners. The role also calls for intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, creativity, self-motivation and the ability to solve problems thoughtfully and empathetically.
Requirements
