Role overview
Join the Client Development function and help deliver initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty while supporting Dior’s reputation for premium service in luxury retail. The position can be performed from the office or from one of the boutiques.
This internship is intended for candidates available from July through December 2026, with the opportunity to contribute directly to high-impact client experiences.
Key responsibilities
Event coordination and support
- Assist the Client Marketing and Client Development teams with planning and delivering events such as trunk shows, product launches, private dinners, and exhibitions, both inside and outside boutique locations.
Client experience and relationship building
- Help manage gifting and client treatment initiatives aimed at expanding the VIP customer base.
- Plan and execute local and international client experiences that reflect brand values and connect with the intended audience.
- Support boutique-level programmes that raise awareness of clienteling and reinforce service standards among the selling team.
Analytics and operational support
- Use data mining and analysis to identify customer behaviour patterns and business opportunities.
- Contribute to retail training and operational excellence initiatives that improve the overall client experience.
- Support the implementation of the company’s strategy to deepen customer loyalty and strengthen Dior’s position as a service-led destination of excellence.
Candidate profile
- Experience in client development, events, or marketing will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver tasks effectively.
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Comfortable using digital tools and working with data, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
