Role overview
We are looking for a Cleaning Team Leader based in Walton to help oversee the smooth daily running of the department. In this permanent full-time position, you will work 36 hours per week on day shifts and earn £13.71 per hour. The role sits within the retail hourly colleagues/sales staff category, and the closing date for applications is 2 July 2026.
What the role involves
As a team leader, you will set the standard through your own approach, support colleagues throughout the day, and help ensure customers consistently receive excellent service. You will be a key person on the shop floor, assisting with stock handling, guiding new starters, and stepping in when issues need to be resolved. Working alongside your manager, you will help maintain high standards, keep the team motivated, and ensure day-to-day tasks are delivered effectively.
