About the Role

This opening is for insurance domain specialists who can support AI workflow training across underwriting, claims, compliance, and related insurance operations.
Role Responsibilities
- Map complete insurance processes from start to finish, including underwriting, claims decisions, and policy servicing.
- Check and improve AI-produced workflow transcripts so they are precise and thorough.
- Build well-structured examples that mirror real insurance decision-making in practice.
- Assess outputs to ensure they align with industry norms and regulatory requirements.
- Work asynchronously with research teams to strengthen workflow accuracy and representation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in commercial underwriting; CPCU or AU certification is preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in personal lines underwriting; leadership experience is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in claims processing and adjudication; AIC or SCLA certification is preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in fraud and SIU; CFE certification is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in policy administration, either in insurance operations or policy services.
- 6+ years of experience in actuarial and pricing work in P&C; FCAS or near-credentialed status is preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within insurance compliance or related regulatory functions.
- 5+ years of experience in producer and distribution management in agency operations or distribution compliance.
- 4+ years of experience in submissions and broker processing in underwriting support or broker-facing roles.
- Strong precision and the ability to explain complex workflows in a clear way.
Compensation & Legal
This role is paid at $120 per hour. Pay is based on each completed workflow transcript, and the work is handled as individual project-based tasks.
