Chinese Translator

Role overview

Language Solution Asia is building out its pool of language specialists and is looking for Chinese translators to support a variety of translation assignments. The work may include website localization, marketing copy, and social media content.

Key responsibilities

• Convert source-language material into Chinese while preserving meaning, accuracy, and cultural fit.
• Check and refine translated text so it reads clearly, naturally, and with the right tone.
• Follow client instructions, including style guides, terminology banks, and brand standards.
• Work to project timelines and stay in regular contact with project managers.
• Make sure every submission meets quality expectations before it is handed over.

Requirements

• Strong command of Chinese, with excellent written communication ability.
• Solid bilingual proficiency and careful attention to language detail.
• Prior experience translating digital content such as websites, marketing materials, or social media is an advantage.
• Ability to work on your own and handle several assignments at once.
• Stable internet access and the ability to work remotely.
• Knowledge of CAT tools or computer-assisted translation software is helpful, though not essential.
