As the Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will lead the company’s fulfillment and supply chain operations across the country. The role focuses on building efficient processes, scaling teams, controlling costs, and keeping day-to-day execution aligned with business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and roll out standardized, high-quality fulfillment and supply chain processes across all locations.
• Build, coach, and expand capable fulfillment and logistics teams that can keep pace with rapid growth.
• Manage company-owned fleets and third-party logistics partners, including negotiations designed to improve cost efficiency.
• Monitor operational results closely and ensure performance is tracked on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Keep order fulfillment running smoothly while responding quickly to operational issues and urgent disruptions.
• Prepare detailed executive-level updates covering performance, targets, and any gaps versus plan.
• Oversee departmental budgets and ensure month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial activities are completed correctly.
• Continuously improve internal workflows and help create a strong workplace culture that supports growth and engagement.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of new operational projects and other strategic assignments as needed.

What we are looking for

• A self-directed leader with strong commercial drive, solid ownership, and the ability to follow through independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with confidence working with diverse teams and environments.
• Strong capability in crisis handling, cross-functional coordination, resource planning, and high-value vendor negotiation.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline; professional certifications are an advantage.
• Advanced analytical skills, including strong command of Excel, macros, pivot tables, and workbook-based reporting.
• Substantial professional experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or fast-moving multinational logistics environments.
• Good understanding of e-commerce operations, digital supply chain practices, and changing customer and supplier behavior.
