Role Summary
The Chief Strategy Officer will work remotely on a full-time basis and lead the company’s strategic direction. This person will shape and execute corporate strategy, guide key business initiatives, and ensure that organizational priorities stay aligned with long-term growth and sustainability goals. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to spot opportunities, review market movements, direct resources effectively, and keep strategic projects on track. It also includes significant involvement in financial planning, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination to help the business meet its objectives.
Key Qualifications
- Strong command of business and strategic planning, with the ability to build and carry out a clear corporate vision and growth roadmap.
- Solid analytical capability to evaluate market patterns and internal performance, then turn insights into informed decisions.
- Good understanding of finance and budget allocation to support strategy and use resources efficiently.
- Hands-on executive management experience, including working with senior leaders and helping build effective, high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and judgment skills for steering company-wide initiatives.
- An advanced qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Management, or a closely related discipline; an MBA or similar degree is preferred.
- Experience in oil and gas, utilities, aviation, or similar sectors is strongly valued.
