Role Summary

We are hiring a Chief Executive Officer for a client operating in the Human Resources space. Requirements

• Background in Human Resources, Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, or similar industries.
• Demonstrated success in business expansion, profitability improvement, and organizational change.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi labor market and the HR services landscape.
• Strong capability in leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
