Role overview

We are looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer to guide the company into its next stage of expansion and product-led innovation. This leadership position is centered on setting the direction of the business, strengthening execution, and supporting growth in a fast-moving software environment.

The ideal leader will bring strong experience growing SaaS organizations, improving revenue performance, developing leadership teams, and turning strategy into measurable results. The role calls for someone who can build a culture rooted in innovation, ownership, and customer outcomes.

What you will do

  • Set the company’s long-term direction, core priorities, and business goals, then drive execution against them.
  • Spot new growth channels, business partnerships, market opportunities, and additional revenue streams.
  • Lead company-wide planning efforts and keep every function aligned to the broader strategy.
  • Encourage innovation and help the business stand out in a competitive SaaS market.
  • Take ownership of the company’s P&L and deliver durable revenue expansion.
  • Create and implement go-to-market plans that improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support recurring revenue growth, stronger profitability, and better operating efficiency.
  • Improve operational performance so the organization can scale smoothly.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a strong executive team.
  • Define KPIs and business metrics to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Ensure resources are deployed effectively and the organization stays well aligned.
  • Promote a customer-first mindset that prioritizes delivering real value.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering leaders to help shape market-leading solutions.
  • Track industry shifts, customer expectations, and competitive developments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Board of Directors and investors.
  • Share business results, strategic plans, and growth initiatives with board and investor groups.
  • Assist with fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships when needed.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of executive leadership experience, including time spent as a CEO, COO, GM, or senior executive.
  • Hands-on experience in a SaaS company and a clear understanding of subscription-based business models.
  • A track record of scaling a SaaS business through major growth phases.
  • Strong commercial judgment with proven ability to grow ARR, revenue, and profitability.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Strong capability in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior exposure to working with boards, investors, and executive leadership teams.
  • Preferred: previous CEO experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS business.
  • Preferred: experience in venture-backed, private equity-backed, or publicly listed technology companies.
  • Preferred: success in fundraising, acquisitions, or international growth.
  • Preferred: solid understanding of cloud technology, enterprise software, and digital transformation trends.
