Role overview

Everyman Altrincham is recruiting kitchen staff at all levels, including Chefs, Cooks, and Chef de Partie, to support a high-quality food experience for guests. This is an opportunity to join a growing cinema brand known for putting hospitality and customer experience at the centre of everything it does.

As part of the kitchen team, you will work with the Head Chef to keep food quality consistently high and contribute to a memorable visit for every guest. The menu features burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates, so the role is suited to someone who enjoys delivering food that looks and tastes excellent.

What you will do

• Prepare and present menu items to a consistently high standard.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain kitchen quality and service standards.
• Help ensure guests receive an excellent overall experience during their visit.
• Support the kitchen team in a busy, fast-moving venue environment.

What we are looking for

• Prior kitchen experience in a role such as Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie, or Cook is preferred.
• A strong personality and a positive presence.
• Genuine enthusiasm for food, hospitality, people, and customer service.
• The ability to work well in a team and also independently when required.
• A hard-working, flexible, and upbeat approach.
