Job description

About the Role

This position focuses on handling chat-based customer communication, updating account details, managing cases, and delivering a consistent, professional support experience. The role is designed to keep interactions responsive for applicants, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer messages with professionalism and clear, accurate communication.
  • Record account changes, case notes, customer questions, and resolution actions in internal tools.
  • Carefully check customer details and pass along complex or sensitive matters when escalation is required.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and effective issue resolution.
  • Protect confidentiality, meet quality expectations, and maintain a courteous communication style.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail, along with strong communication, organization, and dependability.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and take ownership of assigned work.
  • Comfort working within a structured company environment.
  • Capability to handle documentation, records, systems, or operational work with accuracy.
  • Good problem-solving ability and a willingness to follow established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting remote teams or handling documentation-focused workflows.
  • Familiarity with everyday workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting platforms, depending on the role.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks and internal systems.
