Ceramic Technician

Role Overview

Innovait Dental Lab is growing and is seeking an experienced Ceramic Technician to join its dental laboratory team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on producing high-quality ceramic dental restorations with strong attention to aesthetics, precision, and function.

What You Will Do

• Create and complete ceramic restorations to a high standard, including fabrication and final finishing.
• Perform layering, contouring, staining, and glazing work for crowns, bridges, and implant-supported restorations.
• Ensure each restoration meets accuracy, visual quality, and functional requirements.
• Work closely with dentists and internal lab colleagues to support excellent patient results.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior work experience as a Ceramic Technician in a dental laboratory.
• Solid understanding of dental ceramics and restorative procedures.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality workmanship.
• Ability to handle tasks independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with digital dental workflows and CAD/CAM restorations will be considered an added advantage.
