Role overview
The Category Business Analyst supports the buying organization by analyzing product categories, managing vendor-related processes, and turning data into recommendations that help shape a compelling assortment for Canadian stores. This role contributes directly to category objectives and financial targets while helping the business respond to changing customer needs.
What you will do
As part of the buying team, you will work closely with Category Business Managers to strengthen assortment decisions, improve customer relevance, and support the performance of the category.

Compensation
The expected hiring range for this position is CAD 53,000 to CAD 88,000 per year. Final pay is influenced by experience, relevant knowledge, skills, competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity, and other position-specific factors.
