Overview

As a field-based brand representative, you’ll speak with homeowners at their homes about window and door replacement needs, explain what sets the products apart, and arrange in-home appointments for the sales team. The role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable working outdoors, and motivated by commission-based earnings. No previous experience is required, as training and tools are provided.

Compensation

You will earn $18 per hour, plus uncapped commission bonuses.

Key Duties

• Approach homeowners at their doors and create leads for the sales team by setting up in-home consultations.
• Act as the public face of the company in assigned neighborhoods.
• Share information about the window and door product offerings.
• Move through designated areas efficiently while walking extensively in outdoor conditions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an energetic, outgoing person with strong communication skills, a self-driven mindset, and a goal-oriented approach. Experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful, but not necessary.
