Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, for a Campus Recruitment Lead. The role centers on designing and running campus hiring plans across colleges, identifying the right institutions, coordinating recruitment drives, and overseeing the complete hiring journey for early-career candidates. The position also focuses on strengthening relationships with placement cells, managing campus events, and ensuring a smooth experience for students from first contact through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campus hiring strategies across multiple colleges.
- Shortlist target institutions and organize recruitment calendars and drive schedules.
- Manage the full campus hiring cycle for entry-level talent.
- Build and sustain strong connections with college placement teams and faculty.
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, workshops, assessments, and related campus engagement activities.
- Work with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand staffing needs and forecast campus hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment progress, measure outcomes, and maintain hiring metrics.
- Represent FACE Prep at college events and promote the organization’s employer brand among students and faculty.
- Continuously improve the campus recruitment process and overall student experience.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate should have prior exposure to campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or early-career hiring, ideally in the education, training, or technology space. Experience working with the Indian campus hiring ecosystem will be an added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for candidates from Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with college placement teams, professors, and internal hiring leaders.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation ability for speaking to large student groups.
- Capability to handle several recruitment events and drives at the same time while staying organized.
- Attention to detail and solid time management skills.
- Comfort with data-led decision-making and reporting.
- Working knowledge of office productivity software and recruitment or applicant tracking tools is beneficial.
