Job description

Role Overview

CEDCOSS Technologies Private Limited is seeking a driven Campus Recruiter & Relations Manager to own campus hiring efforts from the Lucknow office. This position sits within the Human Resources team and reports to the HR Manager or Director. The role is designed for someone who can build lasting relationships with universities, shape a reliable student hiring funnel, and support the company’s employer brand across target campuses.

This is a full-time, in-house opportunity based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and the expected experience level is 2 to 5 years.

Campus Relationship Management

  • Develop, establish, and manage partnerships with universities, engineering colleges, and management institutes in Uttar Pradesh and nearby states.
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and placement teams, Training & Placement Officers, and faculty members.
  • Organize yearly campus visits, pre-placement talks, and awareness sessions about the company and its opportunities.
  • Maintain a structured engagement calendar for more than 20 institutional partners.
  • Handle discussions and formalize MoUs and other tie-ups to support repeat hiring drives.

Campus Hiring & Recruitment Execution

  • Run the complete campus recruitment cycle for both physical and virtual hiring events, including drives and hackathons.
  • Work with hiring managers to define role expectations, skill requirements, and batch-wise hiring plans for Developer, Sales, Support, and Marketing positions.
  • Oversee the candidate journey from application through to offer stage, including scheduling, assessments, interviews, and offer release.
  • Keep an updated ATS or recruitment tracker with live status information for every campus candidate.
  • Support conversion programs that move interns and freshers into full-time roles.

Employer Branding & Outreach

  • Design and execute outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and other social channels aimed at students and recent graduates.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, technical festivals, and inter-college events.
  • Strengthen awareness of the brand in target institutions by sharing culture stories, career growth content, and thought leadership material.

Data, Reporting & Hiring Strategy

  • Monitor and present campus hiring metrics such as application volume, shortlisting conversion, offer-to-joining ratio, and cost per hire.
  • Maintain a current database of institutions with placement data, relevant contacts, and previous hiring records.
  • Use feedback and performance data to refine campus hiring processes over time.
  • Anticipate hiring demand in line with quarterly business requirements.

Skills and Competencies

The role calls for strong relationship-building ability, confident communication, and full-cycle recruitment experience. You should be comfortable creating content for employer branding, working with Excel or Google Sheets for candidate and data management, and delivering presentations or speaking in public settings. A proactive mindset, strong networking ability, attention to detail, and comfort handling multiple campus drives at once are also important. The role requires flexibility during peak hiring seasons such as October to November and February to April.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should bring 2 to 5 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or educational liaison work. Prior exposure to placement drives, MoU coordination, or working with TPOs is preferred. Applicants must also be open to travel across Uttar Pradesh and neighboring states for campus engagement.
