About the role
Join Deloitte India’s Talent Acquisition function and help shape hiring outcomes for the business. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and hiring teams to support end-to-end recruitment, improve candidate experience, and contribute to talent decisions that align with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and spot opportunities to improve experience and talent outcomes.
- Protect process confidentiality and ensure compliance throughout recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and selection parameters.
- Source candidates through digital channels, professional networks, and social platforms to strengthen both active and passive pipelines.
- Keep candidates informed in a timely and transparent way throughout the selection process.
- Use role-specific job descriptions and interview questions that match the position’s requirements.
- Assess candidate fit while considering internal parity and business needs.
- Handle verbal offer discussions and issue formal offer letters.
- Keep shortlisted candidates engaged until joining to deliver a strong overall experience.
- Re-engage earlier applicants and other potential talent to support hiring needs.
- Support, mentor, and help develop peers and teammates within talent acquisition.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute, with experience in a similar role.
- Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong critical thinking and a willingness to challenge existing approaches.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Good analytical ability and solid business understanding.
