Role Overview

This position is for a creative and strategic Campaign & Content Strategist who can turn business goals into engaging social media campaigns and content plans across several client accounts. The role is focused on campaign thinking rather than pure copywriting. It calls for someone who can develop ideas from the ground up, create monthly content direction, identify viral opportunities, and partner with designers, video editors, and social media teams to turn concepts into finished work.

The role includes building campaign concepts, launch plans, content pillars, narrative structures, reel ideas, influencer collaboration ideas, and platform-specific content approaches that help brands grow and stay relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Create campaign strategies and monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts.
  • Develop creative ideas for product launches, festive campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
  • Design content pillars, storytelling structures, and social media narratives.
  • Come up with short-form video ideas, hooks, and reel concepts with strong viral potential.
  • Spot trends, cultural moments, and brand participation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to build and refine campaign ideas.
  • Prepare creative briefs for designers, copywriters, and video editors.
  • Present campaign plans and creative concepts to clients.
  • Oversee campaign execution across social media channels.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in content strategy, campaign planning, social media strategy, or creative strategy.
  • Prior experience handling multiple brands or client accounts, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and newer social platforms.
  • Ability to connect business goals with audience engagement through campaign ideas.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • Good understanding of content marketing, social media trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Comfort working with creative, content, and production teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
