Retail & Commercial Banking brings together the bank’s retail and commercial activities on a global scale to better serve customers, improve efficiency, and create value. The team is seeking a Dual Teller based in CDMX Flores Magón, with the location listed as Panindícuaro, Michoacán, Mexico.
Role impact
The position focuses on delivering in-branch counter service for client transactions while maintaining service quality and following the bank’s policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Handle over-the-counter branch services in full, including deposits, cheque payments, and any other service requested by branch customers.
- Provide attentive, high-quality service throughout each transaction.
- Operate in accordance with the bank’s procedures, standards, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Previous professional experience or a customer-facing commercial profile with an interest in sales.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Ability to support product placement and cross-selling.
- Bachelor’s degree.
