Role overview
We are seeking cabin crew who bring warmth, adaptability, and a calm presence to every journey. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers on board, offering guidance, reassurance, and attentive support throughout the flight.
Beyond delivering excellent service, cabin crew carry a major safety responsibility. You will be expected to stay alert, manage onboard services with confidence, and follow security and emergency procedures carefully. Training is delivered through a world-class learning environment in Dubai.
What the role involves
- Represent the airline as the main customer-facing presence on board.
- Assist passengers with information, direction, and service during flights.
- Handle aircraft service duties while keeping safety and security as the top priority.
- Respond confidently to operational and emergency procedures as required.
- Work effectively with colleagues in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
Qualification and experience requirements
- At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Minimum education level: high school completion (Grade 12).
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Minimum height of 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes so emergency equipment can be accessed on all aircraft types.
- No visible tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform unless they are fully covered with bandages or cosmetic cover.
- Willingness to be based in Dubai and satisfy UAE employment visa conditions.

Salary and benefits
Compensation includes three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.
Base salary is AED 4,980 per month. Flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours each month. Average total pay is AED 11,244 per month, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).
Meal allowances for overnight stays are added to salary in arrears the following month. The company also provides hotel accommodation and transportation to and from the airport.
Additional benefits include a competitive tax-free salary, flying pay, profit share, concessional travel, relocation support for settling in Dubai, free accommodation, free transport, medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.
