Job description
Role Overview
This is a recruiting opportunity presented for a partner organization, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The hiring company is seeking a Business Recruiter located in the United States.
The role is a highly visible, hands-on position centered on building and expanding hiring for business functions inside a fast-growing healthcare technology setting. You will run end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Support, and other related business roles that are key to the company’s scaling plans. A strong sourcing orientation is essential, as the job depends on creating pipelines proactively, growing talent communities, and engaging candidates in a competitive market. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, refine role definitions, and uphold high hiring standards as the company grows. In an early-stage environment, you will also help improve recruiting workflows, tighten calibration, and shape the candidate journey. Your work will directly affect team growth, operational performance, and long-term business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for business functions, mainly Operations, Support, and associated G&A positions, from first outreach through offer.
- Use proactive sourcing methods to continuously build strong candidate pipelines in a fast-moving and competitive talent market.
- Work side by side with hiring managers to clarify role needs, align on requirements, and build structured interview plans.
- Develop and maintain external talent networks across healthcare operations and broader business areas.
- Coordinate several open searches at once while preserving speed, clarity, and a strong candidate experience.
- Help strengthen recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, feedback mechanisms, calibration practices, and consistency in hiring decisions.
- Share market intelligence on pay trends, candidate feedback, and funnel metrics to support better hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Background recruiting in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment, especially for business roles such as Operations, Support, or G&A.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple openings at the same time.
- Strong sourcing capability with an outbound-first approach and the ability to build pipelines from the ground up.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous settings where roles and expectations can change quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong habits for asynchronous collaboration.
- Sound judgment when assessing talent and explaining hiring recommendations clearly.
- Highly self-motivated, accountable, and able to execute with limited structure.
- Experience in fast-paced scaling companies where hiring processes are still evolving.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $130,000 to $180,000+, along with equity.
- Remote-first setup with flexibility aligned to the EST time zone.
- Equity participation that includes an extended exercise window after two years of employment.
- Generous paid time off, totaling 36 days per year including holidays.
- Monthly budgets for learning and wellness to support growth and wellbeing.
- Support for home office setup and coworking expenses.
- Full healthcare coverage and retirement support through a 401k/pension contribution plan.
- Enhanced leave policies for parental, foster, and adoption needs.
- Yearly offsites and in-person opportunities to connect with the team.
Application and Hiring Process
The partner company manages the application review process and all next steps. Applications are assessed using an AI-assisted matching approach designed to compare candidates against the role’s core requirements in a fair and objective way. The strongest matches are then shared with the hiring company, and final decisions as well as interviews or assessments are handled internally by that team.
