MetaNova Medtech Allianz is pioneering India's next-generation emergency healthcare access network, integrating families, doctors, ambulances, hospitals, and trusted healthcare providers through smart technology platforms. We offer a full-time, onsite internship in Gurgaon, focusing on launching our pilot project in the region.
This role is highly dynamic and on-ground, involving direct interaction with the healthcare ecosystem rather than typical desk tasks. Interns will work closely with the Founder and leadership team, gaining valuable startup experience with a commitment to deliberate execution, curiosity, and innovative problem-solving aimed at long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, doctors, ambulance services, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners.
- Engage with Resident Welfare Associations, corporate entities, community leaders, and prospective customers across Gurgaon.
- Assist in business development, onboarding new partners, and expanding membership.
- Execute awareness campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities on the ground.
- Utilize Zoho CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, follow up, and track business pipelines.
- Conduct market research to identify new business prospects.
- Support pilot launch activities including mock drills and operations at the MetaNova Command Centre.
- Collaborate directly with founders to implement strategic initiatives and ensure effective execution.
- Contribute broadly to sales, customer engagement, partnerships, and startup growth efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Self-motivated, confident, and adept at meeting new people.
- Prepared to travel extensively within Gurgaon for meetings and fieldwork.
- Adaptable and enthusiastic about working in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Strong ownership mindset, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
- Capable of independent work while maintaining collaboration within the team.
- Must be based in Gurgaon and ready to start immediately.
Eligibility
Open to final-year students and recent graduates from BBA, BMS, BBM, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., MBA, PGDM, or related undergraduate/postgraduate degrees. Exceptional candidates in earlier years with strong commitment and availability may also be eligible. Compensation & Benefits
Monthly stipend ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹28,000, comprising a fixed pay of ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 and incentives between ₹2,000 and ₹10,000.
High-performing interns may receive a job offer with an annual salary between ₹240,000 and ₹360,000 upon successful conversion.
