Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to support international SaaS and IT sales from our Noida office. The position is based in Sector 68, Noida, requires onsite attendance, and is suited to professionals with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The shift runs from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and candidates who can join immediately are preferred. Interviews will be conducted face-to-face only.

Business Development and Sales
- Spot and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.
- Create qualified leads using LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, outbound calling, and other sales channels.
- Lead product walkthroughs, demonstrations, and discovery conversations with potential customers.
- Develop lasting client relationships that support repeat business and expansion.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate SaaS offerings.
International Sales
- Handle the complete sales journey for overseas clients.
- Engage with prospects across multiple time zones, including the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
- Discuss and finalize pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Maintain steady follow-up with prospects and keep the pipeline active and healthy.
SaaS Sales and Client Consultation
- Promote SaaS products and AppExchange-based solutions.
- Clearly explain product capabilities, deployment steps, and business value to clients.
- Work with technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Keep CRM data, sales updates, and opportunity records accurate and current.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to improve conversion rates.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Draft proposals, quotations, and client communications in a professional manner.
- Share market insights and competitor observations with management.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, international sales, or SaaS sales.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Practical experience using CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SaaS products, or cloud-based offerings is preferred.
Preferred Background
- Prior exposure to B2B sales.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and AppExchange products.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and email-based outreach.
- Background in managing international clients.
Additional Information
Work mode is onsite. The shift timing is 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Immediate joiners are preferred. Interviews are held only in person. No stipend or salary figure was provided in the source.
