Job description

Purpose of the role

This position focuses on creating and nurturing strategic client relationships that support business expansion. The role is aimed at improving revenue performance in the short and long term.

Key responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate promising markets, industries, and customer groups to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build, grow, and maintain productive relationships with clients, business partners, and other important stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute sales approaches and targeted outreach campaigns to attract new business and increase revenue.
  • Study market movements, competitor activity, and customer requirements to uncover areas for growth.
  • Handle CRM data entry, analysis, and reporting with accuracy.
  • Oversee client portal activities, including SAP Ariba-related processes, vendor registration, and proposal submissions.
  • Track customer satisfaction and assess how effective current business practices are.
  • Collect and analyze information about competitors, including pricing, sales methods, marketing practices, and distribution channels.
  • Participate in conferences and meetings to share proposals related to product or service promotion, design, and pricing.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and experience

The preferred background includes a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or MIS. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in CRM and SAP Ariba processes, are preferred.

Technical skills

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook is required. Familiarity with ERP software is an advantage.

Language requirements

Professional-level English is essential. Conversational Arabic is considered an added advantage.

Core competencies

Essential strengths include time management, communication, coordination, documentation, attention to detail, and customer service. Analytical ability and industry knowledge are desirable.
