Role summary
This remote, full-time position is for a Business Development Specialist who will uncover and assess new business opportunities, create a strong pipeline of leads, and reach out through calls, emails, and social channels. The role is focused on presenting personal growth products and programmes in a clear, persuasive, and value-led manner.
What the role involves
You will research target markets, help shape and improve campaigns, and work on lead-generation strategies that drive results. The role also includes monitoring performance against sales goals and KPIs, keeping CRM records accurate and up to date, building long-term client relationships, collecting feedback, and contributing to ongoing improvements in the sales process and product offering.
Qualifications and fit
The right candidate will bring strong communication and customer service abilities, plus experience in lead generation, market research, and analytical decision-making. Prior work in business development, sales, or account management is preferred, especially in personal development, coaching, education, or a related field.
Success in this role also requires confidence working remotely, good time management, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently toward targets. Familiarity with CRM systems, online communication tools, and digital sales or marketing methods is important. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a similar discipline is preferred, although equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
