Role overview
We are seeking energetic and self-driven Business Development & Sales Interns to support a remote sales team. In this role, you will help connect the product with potential customers by starting conversations, researching prospects, and moving opportunities forward.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and apply lead-generation approaches across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook groups, startup communities, and online business directories.
- Find and engage B2B distributors, referral partners, startup incubators, accelerators, and co-working spaces for partnership opportunities.
- Speak with founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to present the company’s AI workforce solutions and related services.
- Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to explain offerings, address questions, and develop strong professional relationships.
- Keep accurate daily records of leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to improve outreach quality, conversion performance, and partnership acquisition.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach and communication goals with consistency and professionalism.
Ideal profile
- Strong command of English communication.
- Comfortable with outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Working familiarity with ChatGPT, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Excel.
- CRM tool exposure will be considered an advantage.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-managed.
- Professional, proactive, and dependable in approach.
- Genuine interest in startups, sales, or business development.
Internship details
- Location: Remote - Qatar.
- Duration: 3 months.
- Working hours: Flexible.
- This is an unpaid internship, with performance-based incentives available.
