Job description
About the company
BEO GmbH has been building software for nearly 40 years and is now recognized as one of the leading providers in export processing and customs clearance. The company continues to invest in new solutions rather than relying on past success. Around 140 colleagues across locations in Europe and Asia are looking for additional support.
If you enjoy consultative SaaS sales, work confidently with modern sales approaches, and want an environment where team results matter more than individual competition, this role could be a strong fit.
Role overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key driver of the sales organization. Your work will combine lead qualification, product presentations, and direct interaction with prospects and customers.
Responsibilities
- Spend most of your time qualifying inbound leads, while also pursuing targeted outbound outreach for new business opportunities.
- Independently host webinars and customer demonstrations, explain complex topics in a clear way, and present the company’s solutions live.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events, build connections, and help strengthen market visibility.
- Use the MEDDICC sales framework to evaluate opportunities accurately and systematically.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and sales, sharing practical feedback from the market.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of professional sales experience in consultative SaaS software.
- Strong working knowledge of MEDDICC and experience delivering persuasive software presentations.
- Genuine interest in customs, shipping, and compliance, along with enthusiasm for how software solves real operational problems.
- Fluent business communication in both German and English.
- Independent, well-structured working style.
Benefits
- Team-based quarterly targets with attractive monthly bonus payments tied to collective performance.
- A secure, future-oriented role with a market-leading employer.
- Flexible working hours, 30 days of annual leave, and quiet break areas.
- Monthly tax-free benefit of EUR 50, plus JobRad, Hansefit, yoga classes, and regular company events.
- Open company culture and a warm team environment where you can actively shape the future of sales.
Application note
The application should include your salary expectation and your earliest possible start date.
