Job description

About the Role

Pardgroup is looking to add a Business Development Manager to its Dublin-based business development team. The role sits within integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, with a strong focus on retail fit-out and production services.

What You’ll Do

  • Study the target market to identify companies that could become potential clients.
  • Create fresh business by approaching new organizations for partnerships and collaborative opportunities.
  • Expand revenue by promoting additional and complementary company services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Assess clients’ technical requirements and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations through to agreement.
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships by maintaining regular contact and follow-ups.

What You Need

  • 2 to 3 years of prior experience in a similar commercial or business development position.
  • Working knowledge of the retail fit-out design and production space.
  • Comfort using standard office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally when needed.
