Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in New Delhi is focused on business growth, client acquisition, and partnership development. The Business Development Manager will spot fresh opportunities, nurture client relationships, and help build strategic collaborations with brands. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and strong campaign outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business leads and growth opportunities.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with brands.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitches.
- Prepare persuasive proposals and support contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects smoothly and on time.
- Monitor market movements and industry developments to guide strategy.
- Review campaign outcomes and share insights to improve offerings and sales approach.
- Work closely with marketing and account management teams to align client requirements with creative communication solutions.
Qualifications
- Background in business development or sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, media, or a related field.
- Strong capability in building client relationships, negotiating, and managing stakeholders.
- Ability to spot market opportunities, interpret industry trends, and shape plans that support revenue goals.
- Confident in client-facing presentations, proposal development, and clear persuasive communication.
- Well-developed organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets, presentation software, and CRM tools for lead and performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Prior exposure to influencers, creators, or brand partnerships is a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and able to adapt to changing client and market needs.
