Role Summary
This position is for a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Manager who can connect sales goals with technical delivery. Rather than functioning as a standalone sales role, the position requires close partnership with department managers across multiple divisions to help turn opportunities into profitable work.
The main objective is to identify and win high-value business, with emphasis on projects and sectors that deliver stronger margins. You will also work from an existing pool of warm contacts while actively pursuing new opportunities in the market.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary between NZD 100,000 and NZD 110,000, depending on experience.
