Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is focused on driving sales and business development for the company. The selected professional will identify fresh market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, grow the customer base, and push revenue performance to ambitious targets. The role calls for a highly driven sales leader with deep experience in the Food & Beverage sector and a strong history of outperforming sales goals.

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Create and implement sales plans that support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Bring in new business and win contracts with important clients.
  • Spot and pursue high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Meet and surpass individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Expand market reach and customer purchasing volume.
  • Track sales performance and take corrective action where needed.
  • Improve profitability while protecting customer satisfaction.

Business Development

  • Study market trends and identify areas for growth.
  • Build strategic relationships with influential stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Find opportunities to broaden or adapt products.
  • Explore new markets and sales channels.
  • Carry out competitor research and market intelligence work.

Key Account Management

  • Develop strong relationships with major clients and accounts.
  • Preserve and strengthen existing customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Track client performance, renewals, and service delivery to maximize long-term value.
  • Hold regular customer discussions and business review meetings.
  • Maintain high client retention rates.
  • Handle contract renewals and negotiation processes.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.

Commercial Negotiations

  • Manage pricing conversations and contract negotiations.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and presentation materials.
  • Structure deals in a way that protects profitability.
  • Assess margins and pricing approaches.

Team Leadership

  • Guide, support, and mentor sales executives.
  • Carry out performance evaluations.
  • Train team members on sales methods and product knowledge.
  • Ensure the team delivers on sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, ideally in sales; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • A demonstrated track record of driving strong revenue growth.
  • Prior network connections in the UAE F&B market are highly desirable.
  • Solid background in B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation capability.
  • Strategic planning and commercial thinking.
  • Ability to analyze markets and forecast outcomes.
  • Relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Contract negotiation expertise.
  • Capability to work independently and produce results.
  • Bilingual ability would be an added advantage.
  • A valid UAE driving license is required.
