Fintech Media Capital has been helping forex and CFD affiliates operate with proper legal backing since 2018. The business provides licensing support, stronger commercial terms, dependable payouts, and sales and marketing assistance within a regulated framework spanning FCA, SCA, CNB, and FSCA. The company says it processes more than $60M in annual broker payouts across 150+ affiliates worldwide, and that its scale allows it to offer these services at no cost.
The team works with major brokers globally and directs over $100M in annual deposits to partners. That scale is used to secure commercial arrangements that individual affiliates or business development professionals would typically not obtain on their own.
Role Summary
This position is focused on bringing existing affiliates, introducing brokers, and related partners into the FMC ecosystem. The aim is to help them operate with legal protection, improved commercial deals, dependable payouts, and support with marketing and sales, while FMC manages compliance, deal negotiation, and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce known affiliates and IBs into the FMC structure.
- Support partners in gaining legal protection, improved terms, guaranteed payouts, and sales and marketing assistance.
- Leave compliance, negotiations, and payout handling to the company while concentrating on relationship building.
- Develop a long-term, uncapped revenue stream from the performance of the partners you onboard.
- Maintain ownership of your portfolio, which is contractually protected from day one.
Compensation and Benefits
The role includes a competitive salary plus revenue share. Earnings can include 3% to 6% of affiliates’ commissions, or $1.5 per lot on IB activity, along with custom deal markups. There is no cap on earnings.
Additional incentives include a car program after target achievement, where the company covers a dream car such as a Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, or similar. The position also offers direct collaboration with the Head of Business Development, a fully remote setup, and a flexible schedule. Once targets are met, the company may also establish a professional office in the candidate’s country of residence to support local presence for the individual and their team.
Performance Examples
For an affiliate portfolio generating $300,000 per month in CPA commissions, estimated monthly earnings may be the competitive salary plus $9,000 to $18,000 in commissions at 3% to 6%. For IB accounts with a $50 per lot rebate deal, the company shares $1.5 per lot for life, without any earning limit.
The company states that working through FMC can increase commissions by up to 18 times compared with working directly with a broker, because compensation is based on what affiliates earn rather than on the remaining net deposit.
What Partners Receive
Partners brought into the network receive legal coverage through FMC’s regulatory umbrella across FCA, SCA, CNB, and FSCA, allowing them to operate without obtaining their own license. They can access CPA deals of up to $1,000 per FTD and IB revenue share of up to $95 per lot, with access to multiple brokers rather than being tied to a single arrangement. Payouts are described as instant daily payments for IBs and weekly payments for CPA affiliates once trust is established, helping avoid commission disputes or rejected payouts from brokers.
All of these benefits are provided at no cost, with the goal of building a profitable long-term business relationship.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 5 years of experience in business development, IB management, or affiliate partnerships within the Forex/CFD sector.
- A current network of affiliates, IBs, or sub-IBs that can be licensed within the next 30 days.
- A strong grasp of CPA models, revenue share structures, and MT4/MT5.
- English proficiency is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
