Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Business Development Manager focused on enterprise sales. The role centers on identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with enterprise clients by engaging senior decision-makers and understanding their operational, compliance, and technology challenges. You will manage the complete sales journey, from outreach and discovery conversations to product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will maintain a strong sales pipeline, estimate revenue outlooks, and share regular updates on target progress. You will work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to build customized solutions, respond to RFPs, and support a smooth transition from sales to implementation so that customer success continues after the deal is signed.

Qualifications

The preferred candidate should bring proven experience in enterprise sales or business development, ideally within B2B SaaS, digital platforms, or technology-led solutions. Strong capabilities in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline building, and account planning are important for managing long and complex sales cycles. The role also calls for consultative selling skills, the ability to shape solution discussions, and confidence in presenting value to senior stakeholders.

Experience in preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and handling commercial negotiations is expected. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting is valuable, along with hands-on knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Seamless.AI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You should have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and be comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, and delivery teams is a key part of the role, so the ability to align internal teams around client requirements is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline is required, while an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage. Experience selling to enterprises, critical infrastructure, or government organizations—especially in mission-critical environments—is highly beneficial. The role also suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving, accountable setting with measurable revenue goals.
