Role overview
This position is for a Business Development Manager handling enterprise sales for AV solutions. The role centers on selling UC, multimedia, and IT solutions to enterprise clients, multinational companies, and major public sector accounts.
What you will do
- Drive sales of unified communications, multimedia, and IT solutions to enterprise customers, MNCs, and key government-related accounts.
- Coordinate closely with the regional team and travel to regional branch offices when needed.
- Execute business development plans and account strategies for the assigned sector.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, existing customers, and internal leads.
- Manage end-customer relationships and design solution approaches that align with each client’s operational needs.
- Work with internal and external consultants to prepare proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Deliver clear, confident communication and provide timely, professional support before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or IT.
- At least 2 years of B2B solution sales experience in the UC/IT sector with a proven record in a solution-as-a-service environment.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable speaking additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Excellent presentation skills.
