Role Overview
This position is focused on expanding hotel partnerships and supporting revenue growth across the assigned market in Uttar Pradesh. The role involves identifying valuable hotel segments, strengthening existing relationships, and driving commercial performance through active account management and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot promising markets and hotel categories that can enhance the current product mix and contribute to stronger revenue.
- Track account and market performance on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, and share progress against targets.
- Look for growth opportunities and begin the annual renewal process for managed accounts.
- Make sure inventory across the market stays above demand levels.
- Follow up on contracts nearing expiry, review weekly performance reports, negotiate market deals, and ensure all deals are properly merchandised on the platform.
- Manage important accounts such as hotels and top-performing sellers in the region, while carrying out weekly competitive reviews and adjusting plans based on findings.
What You Need to Bring
- Strong understanding of the assigned geography and local market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Good problem-solving ability and confidence in communicating with hotel partners and internal teams.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and lead discussions with hotel partners to grow the business.
- Capability to build, manage, and sustain long-term partner relationships.
- Comfort with training partner hotels on the extranet and online business processes.
- Skill in negotiating commercial deals and presenting them effectively on the site.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The role requires a hands-on commercial mindset, regular market monitoring, and close collaboration with hotels and internal stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and improve business outcomes.
