About the role

Brightcove partners with leading organizations to create impactful video experiences at scale. The company is seeking a motivated, collaborative professional to work with major brands and help them achieve ambitious business outcomes through its products and services.

What you will do

  • Own the B2B sales effort by helping a fast-paced team expand and improve a high-performing sales engine, with a focus on process execution, client management, and enterprise-level revenue results.
  • Identify and pursue strong prospects through targeted outreach and cold calling to grow a portfolio of valuable corporate accounts.
  • Build deep knowledge of the industry, including decision-makers, business drivers, and key pressure points, so relationships can be developed more effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team, present the product clearly and confidently, and relay customer feedback that can inform future improvements.
  • Use performance data and metrics to track progress, assess impact, and prioritize the most valuable opportunities.
  • Deliver excellent client experiences at every stage to strengthen trust and long-term relationships.

Employment details

This is a full-time role that may be either permanent or fixed-term. The position is fully remote.

Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will go through a few interviews focused on motivation, ambition, and problem-solving in unfamiliar situations. The process is meant to be conversational and mutual, giving both sides a chance to learn more about each other.
