About the Role

Soundbox is seeking a motivated and outcome-driven Sales Representative to become an integral part of our expanding Sydney team. This position is pivotal in increasing our footprint within the construction, commercial interiors, and home furnishing sectors. The role involves recognizing new business prospects, cultivating valuable client partnerships, and delivering customized acoustic and spatial solutions that enhance contemporary work and living settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement sales plans to meet both quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Analyze market developments and customer requirements to offer specialized professional solutions.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently, resolve concerns swiftly, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels.
  • Build and nurture strong alliances with distributors, designers, contractors, and end users.
  • Support project-centric opportunities through tasks such as quoting, coordinating, and managing completion processes.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a bachelor's degree or similar professional experience in Construction Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience in sectors like construction, commercial interiors, furniture, architectural products, or building materials.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, target-focused attitude with strong ownership and flexibility.
  • Experience managing key accounts or project-based sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
