Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist - USA/Canada Staffing

Role Overview

Javen Technologies is seeking a Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist to support its USA/Canada staffing business. This is a full-time onsite role based in Hitech City, Hyderabad, working in the US shift (CST).

The position is suited to a motivated sales professional with 3 to 6 years of experience who wants to grow in global client engagement and international sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn-based prospecting.
• Assist in marketing activities such as webinars, events, and workshops.
• Coordinate closely with the onshore team to help build and expand the sales pipeline.
• Conduct database research and enrich contact and account information.
• Maintain lead activity in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and JobDiva.
• Keep outreach and follow-up records accurate and up to date.
• Prepare support reports and dashboards using Excel.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of the US staffing business line.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Genuine interest in sales and lead generation.
• Ability to stay effective in a fast-paced work environment.
• Readiness to work in the US shift.

Preferred Exposure

• Background in B2B sales or international/global markets.
• Access to an existing network of MSP/SI client contacts.
• Experience in database research and contact enrichment.
• Hands-on familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools.
